As one searches for self help and improvement, it's a tacit acknowledgment that some part of you needs helping or improving, or isn't where it "should" be. Which is far from the truth. Better not to dwell on it with podcasts and what not. Live, see the bricks and the clouds and anything else that happens by. The rest takes care of itself. Thanks Trilety.

I think one reaches a state of true maturity when one realises that this or that is not the problem. The problem is the use we make of it. Trilety seems to have reached that Nirvana level of maturity since she knows how to measure her interaction with the internet with bricks and songs and not "likes."

I'm convinced self-help podcasts are like cigarettes. There's never a feeling of enough. And you return to them despite knowing that they'll leave a shitty taste in your mouth and no one will want to kiss you.
