Fear does strange things to our heads. Makes us much more malleable, as we long to be led away from fears, manufactured as they may be. This character is an example of the worst kind of product from fear stricken environments. I like the the way that the most common of our concerns, presented to us as they are on a 24 hour, 7 day week basis, are distilled down into this guys internal dialogue, and mean the only conversations that take place show the main characters needs to be both nasty, and to have some power over his hateful life, even if it is achieved by the threat of use of a firearm. Great story. Well told!👏
